Raam Cooks Perspective-Random thoughts..........

I was just the cook.Yet during this second Raam experience...I felt more like "The put it together quick" girl......nearly eight days of countless sandwiches, granola bars and ramen.Always waking in "unknown places" to "peek a boo" views of our beautiful country and of course ...the unforgettable continual state of fear..."that someone...somehow had not been fed"........
God Bless Linda & Lauren....their assistance kept me sane!
Along with the beautiful scenery...I must admit...it was just as thrilling to escape my motorhome confinement straight into Walmart Supercenters......
l learned during the last two Raam hours....as I rode in the follow vehicle..following MY Husband & Son... into Annapolis....that..THAT is where all the action is!
In essence the previous basically ......summarizes my Raam Role...lol.........
Yet, why does Raam feel so much bigger than that???? Because it is.

Purpose:
Why were we all there? Today we all know the answer to that question.... but along the way all the "stuff" occasionally clouded our Vision....it distorted our Purpose. Raam is so...inevitably unpredictable. SOMETHING or SOMEONE ALWAYS BREAKS. Such was the case this second Raam for us......."Somethings and at times, "Someone" broke.
It was puzzling to be in the midst of what was once only "witnessed tension"  from other teams (1st Raam). This time I found myself among "experienced tension" (2nd Raam).
In retrospect, I have concluded that Conflict CAN be very productive.
It brings great opportunity and enables us to be transparent... to be vulnerable...REAL.
As adults...I believe it is a "place" we rarely visit. Our Brokenness..can be a BEAUTIFUL thing...........because it provides our Heavenly Father an avenue to enlighten, to mold and shower us and those around us with his abounding Love, Mercy and Grace.

Grace:
"Difficulties will either make us or break us".
When our Heavenly Father is in control.....Conflict can very often bring Understanding...which in turn, breeds GRACE.
I saw the consumation of such... this Second Raam....but most importantly...Post Raam.
Such circumstances enabled me to...personally reflect...look within....and yes! I found myself gloriously ..."unorganized...scattered..stretched....along with some of my teammates and crew.

Blessing:
I was given a Blessing of four insightful days with Brenna...as we embarked on a Fast & Furious post Raam road trip home.
